Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized l individual that has strong communication skills to join our estate agency as a self-employed Accompanied Viewer Tuesday - Friday (9am - 5.30pm) As an Accompanied View, you will play a crucial role in assisting tenants during property viewings.

Your excellent communication and administrative skills will contribute to providing exceptional customer service.

Duties:

Accompany potential tenants during property viewings
Provide detailed information about the property, including features and amenities
Answer any questions or concerns raised by potential tenants
Ensure that all areas of the property are accessible and wellpresented for viewings
Maintain accurate records of property viewings, feedback, and followup actions
Collaborate with the rental team to provide feedback on all viewings

Requirements:

Clean UK driving license (You will be required to drive our company car)
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple property viewings in a timely manner
Excellent communication skills

Please note the pay for the role will be minimum wage.

£10.00-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 34 per week
