THE ROLE

As Senior Event Producer you will be responsible for producing a broad portfolio of creative B2B and B2C projects whilst working collaboratively with a dynamic internal team.

Responsibilities are broad and will include:

Acting as a key point of client contact
Owning the end to end production process
Contributing to concept generation and client proposals
Preparing and managing project plans and schedules
Writing and delivering briefs both internally and externally
Sourcing and negotiating with external suppliers including production partners
Implementing health & safety documentation and carrying out site visits
Overseeing the delivery of projects onsite
Creating and managing project budgets
Developing production debrief documents
Mentoring junior members of the team
