Description
Job Purpose
This is a temporary role for a short to mid-term project to analyze and reconcile customer contracts to billing and update the customer permission system with corrected invoice product descriptions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer contracts and reconcile active products with current billing.
- Review customer contracts for any potential missing billing.
- Create customer schedules of old and corrected customer invoice billing description lines.
- Update customer permission system with corrected invoice product descriptions.
Knowledge and Experience
- Ability to analyze contracts and interpret specific clauses.
- Good Microsoft Excel skills
- Legal knowledge an advantage but not essential.
- Excellent attention to detail required.
- Good communication skills role will involve communication with ICEs global offices.
- Accurate input skills required.
Schedule
This role offers work from home flexibility of up to 2 days per week.
