Job Purpose


This is a temporary role for a short to mid-term project to analyze and reconcile customer contracts to billing and update the customer permission system with corrected invoice product descriptions.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer contracts and reconcile active products with current billing.
  • Review customer contracts for any potential missing billing.
  • Create customer schedules of old and corrected customer invoice billing description lines.
  • Update customer permission system with corrected invoice product descriptions.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Ability to analyze contracts and interpret specific clauses.
  • Good Microsoft Excel skills
  • Legal knowledge an advantage but not essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail required.
  • Good communication skills role will involve communication with ICEs global offices.
  • Accurate input skills required.

Schedule
This role offers work from home flexibility of up to 2 days per week.
