Marketing and Communications Executive - up to £33,000 p.a plus company benefits


Our client, a fast growing and innovative business based in Carlisle, is looking for an energetic, self-motivated and proficient Marketing and Communications Executive to join their team.

This is a unique opportunity to join and work within a fast-growing entrepreneurial company.


The role


Your responsibility will be to lead on and coordinate any marketing and communication activities relating to the business, requiring good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Marketing activities you will undertake include, but are not limited to;

  • Content creation using Adobe tools such as Illustrator
  • Competitor analysis
  • Event organisation and planning
  • Client / Resident support material
  • Content management, social media, website etc
The communications aspect of the job will include, but is not limited to;

  • Company press releases, bulletins and newsletters
  • Case study development
  • Social media communication management
  • Supporting the customer service team with customer communications
Another aspect to the role will also be to carry out a supporting role to the Senior Business Development Manager for Social Value which will include;

  • Development of Social Value engagement programme
  • Customer / client engagement events
  • Support with our work experience programme
  • Support our apprenticeship programme
