This is a great opportunity for those who are passionate about getting into catering, and the Smiths Arms will set a great benchmark for you
You will be responsible for looking after the teams, showing great delegation skills and leading by example. You may also be asked to help train new starters and develop others.
You will be a key holder also, so you will be required to do opens and closes of the business, full training will be given to you until you're ready
Our focus is making sure that our guests are at the forefront of everything we do, and you will also be helped by following our brand standards and make sure the business is ready and set for success and create a smooth day to day running at the pub, making sure our teams and guests are happy

Shifts are split fairly across the pub leadership teams but you will be required to work key dates over the Christmas period too.

This is a base full time position, however we're open to those who prefer part time.
Competitive rates of pay depending on experience and good tips earned also.
