As the Head of Science, you will be playing a vital role in managing the already high-achieving Science team, enabling staff to confidently and effectively contribute to whole school improvement by creating CPD plans.

You will have your own ideas and thecreative ability to think outside the box in order to help develop the curriculum.

The main focus of this role will be leading but it is expected as a leader for you also to deliver lessons, although this will be a small part of your working week.

As a newHead of Science, you will be given all the training and CPD material you need to help you maximise your potential as a teacher and a Leader.

The Head wants to recruit experienced Science teachers with the ability to lead training for teachers with excellent organisational skills.

They want to meet experienced teachers who can understand the different needs of both staff and pupils alike acrossthe department.
