Job Description Summary:
We are looking for a Scheduler willing to join our Onshore Engineering Team
In this role you will provide scheduling duties as per business processes and ensure designated projects are planned and kept up to date, divided over different phases as well as technologies (onshore wind, PV, hydrogen, storage).
Job Description:
Main Responsibilities- Create, monitor, merge and analyze project schedules in accordance with standard of best project practice.- Track, analyze, and report information appropriately to allow the project teams to manage their projects.- Monitoring of Project baselines, tracking movement on a monthly basis.- Ensure accuracy of project schedules from Level 1 through Level 6 and performed version control- Co-ordinate project schedules, tasks, meeting updates, and efficient distribution of planning and progress reports to all levels of management- Monitor projects' progress, including identifying critical activities, tracking measurable deliverables, and reviewing forecasts and progress achieved to date together with the relevant stakeholders.- Perform what-if analysis for mitigating risks, and develop contingency plans- Perform coordination of cross-functional departments to identify project issues, monitor action items, and work with the project manager to ensure resolution.
Desirable requirements- 4-5 years of experience in a similar position (Scheduler / Planner)- Degree or equivalent qualification in program engineering, business administration or management systems- Extensive knowledge in project planning tools to include Microsoft project and latest version of Primavera P6- A knowledge of Cost Control process would be beneficial- Excellent project controls knowledge- Basic understanding of construction (Civil / Mechanical & Electrical)- Basic understanding of contracts- Proactive approach- Good Communication and Relation skills- English fluent written and spoken
