A leading manufacturer in consumer and commercial electronics, who provided specialised products and services, to a diverse range of specifiers across the UK and Worldwide.

Are now looking to add to their team and appoint a Technical Master/Hvac Instructor.

As a Technical Master/Hvac Instructor, you will be responsible for the delivery of the technical and support as well as the technical training & education for the team

Your main responsibilities as a Technical Master/Hvac Instructor, will be but not limited to

Lead the training & education regarding air solution products such as VRF (variant refrigerant flow) system and ASHP (Air Source Heat Pump) to build up the fine technical infrastructure of engineers in the UK.
Support the technical team of field engineers to deliver onsite support and consultation to customers including system commissioning, customer support, and implementing corrective and preventative action plans
Ensure best in class levels of technical documentation are available to customers and AS colleagues
Manage the training academy and resources ensuring materials are updated and optimal utilisation
Achieve set and agreed KPIs as discussed with the department leader
Provide effective and detailed reporting of all technical supporting team and service activities as and when required

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications required for a Technical Master/Hvac Instructor

Solid relevant experience. (Mechanical Engineering Degree)
Has technical and product awareness
Proven effective leadership and management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good technical and product awareness, including product development and business planning. Good understanding of all relevant legislations
