By assisting people to manage their financial well-being, you can truly impact their lives in a positive way.

The day to day role:


  • Assisting customers in achieving their goals through conducting Financial Wellbeing Reviews, helping customers take control of their own finances and educating those who do not have the necessary knowledge.
  • Proving support to the team in undertaking end to end Member transactions and administration that results in service that stands out for all Members.
  • Providing a high level of customer service and demonstrating confidence in talking to customers about savings, mortgages and general enquiries across all of our communication channels.

To be successful:


  • You will have excellent customer service ability.
  • Be able to work onsite Monday to Friday with alternate Saturday mornings (paid at time and a half)
  • Previous experience in a customer facing role.
  • Preference for the ability to drive

From £22,500.00 per year
