Our client are a fast-growing real estate firm that manage assets within multiple commercial real estate portfolios.They have instructed us to recruit for an Accounts Payable Specialist who will be responsible for the full ownership of a property fund andits separate investments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing of purchase invoices
- Authorisation of invoices
- Statement reconciliations
- Uploading payments to online banking systems
- Processing of corporate expenses
- Preparation of multiple bank account reconciliations
- Resolve internal and external queries
- Assist with adhoc information requests
Key Skills:
- Experience of using property accounting software, Yardi is preferred
- A good working knowledge level of Excel
- Be able to communicate effectively and pay attention to detail
- Can do attitude and takes ownership of their work
