TXM Recruit are looking for a Receptionist on an initial 6 month contract to join one of the countries leading rail companies.

Pay:
£14 paye


Location:
Ludgate, London


Hours: 8:30am start - 5pm finish


Role Responsibilities:


  • Meet and Greet visitors
  • Keep meeting rooms neat and tidy
  • Keep Reception area neat and tidy
  • Support the site security measures
  • Support Health & Safety management/Security checks
  • Administration/Filing/Minute taking
  • Support Covid19 cleaning regime and control measures
  • Support home working administration
  • Support with the management of site prebooking process
  • Collate and report on daily attendance figures
  • Support with the Cloudbooking meeting room and desk booking software
  • Load reactive tasks and incidents onto Service Now CAFM system
  • Book couriers and frank post
  • Deliver post to staff
  • Support FM team with adhoc duties
  • Organise subcontractors and vendor call outs when required
  • Support role with site emergencies (Evacuations/Fire Drills)

Essential Requirements:


  • A professional approach
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Selfmotivated and proactive
  • Previous experience of Reception/Facilities work
  • Ability to communicate effectively with good standard of written and spoken English
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Office Health & Safety

Desirable Requirements:


  • Excel and Word proficiency
  • Previous knowledge of CAFM systems
  • Previous experience of security systems and process

Working Hours:


  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am 5:00pm (7.5hr days)
