Due to expansion a law costs consultancy based in Liverpool are currently looking to recruit a Law Costs Draftsman/Costs Lawyer to join their friendly and supportive team.

Duties include

Responsible for all costs related matters of assigned cases
Preparing Bills of Costs, court documents, PoD and replies
Provide costs advice to clients, and handle costs negotiations commensurate with their seniority.
Deliver high quality work to clients whilst meeting individual performance targets.
