Customer Service Sales Administrator

The role:
In this role, you'll spend approximately 80% of your time:
- Processing orders efficiently through their website platform.
- Addressing and resolving issues related to missing or incorrect orders.
- Utilising your expertise to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
Additionally, you'll spend around 20% of your time:
- Engaging directly with customers to assist with product enquiries and take orders over the telephone
- Offer customers alternative products if stock is not available
- Providing exceptional support to enhance their customer experience and foster positive relationships with their customers.
Key skills and experience:
- Strong administration skills, ideally with experience in a manufacturing background where you have experience of processing and taking orders (although not essential).
- Experienced in managing online orders and resolving related issues.
- Contributing to the warm and supportive atmosphere within their small customer services team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with customers and building relationships to secure repeat orders
- Experience in conflict resolution and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
