Priority Healthcare are looking for a support worker who have experience with complex care e.g. brain injuries.

This is doing every Monday a week alongside with picking shifts up due to sickness and holidays.

We are looking for a support worker who can drive as the individual likes to go on day trips.

This is a role is a great opportunity for someone to make real difference to our client and his family's life.
