Since 2006, Incisive Inventories is a family run company that since 2006 have has been working with the residential lettings sector providing property inventory reports to mark the beginning and end of tenanciesensure an equitable end of tenancy deposit release.


2023 will be an exciting year for the company and we are looking to bring on board a dynamic and dedicated individual who will play a key role in the expansion of the business with fantastic prospects for career growth and development.

Job description

  • Inspecting residential properties and accurately recording condition, cleanliness contents and fixtures of that property
  • Taking photographs of the property and compiling reports using a mixture of tablet based software and dictation
  • Uploading voice files and finalising reports ready for review
  • Interacting with a variety of key stakeholders e.g. estate agents, landlords and tenants
  • Taking responsibility of keys for the duration of the inspection
Scope for growth

  • Dealing with bookings, arranging inspections and diary management
  • Preparing and editing reports as required
  • Any other adminbasedtasks
  • Continuing to carry out inspections when required
Required skills and personal attributes

  • A passion for property or interiors combined with an eye for the details
  • Dedication to customer service for a wide ranging stakeholder profile
  • Self motivated with a flexible approach to work and problem solving
  • Presentable, punctual and polite
  • IT literatewith experience of photography preferred
  • Own transportation preferred but not essential


Incisive Inventories will provide full and comprehensive training for you to be a best in class Teach you to be aninventory clerk.

This will be both office and 'on the job' based and should take 4-6 weeks.

Location and hours

  • Inspections will take place across London (zones 13)
  • Working from home will be offered for office based work
  • 5 days per week 9am6pm, including at least 2 x Saturdays with time off in lieu
  • Opportunity for overtime for additional Saturdays and bank holidays
Salary and benefits

  • Salary starting at £24,000£27,000 depending on experience with opportunity for overtime
  • 28 days holiday per annum including bank holidays
  • Statutory pension contributions and benefits apply
