The Best Connection are currently recruiting for Van Drivers to be available for temporary ad hoc shifts when required in the Bournemouth and Poole area.


Due to the nature of the work we are offering - temporary, you will need to be available immediately and sometimes at the drop of a hat as we do not always get notice for positions.

Shifts will be available Monday to Friday each week.
We offer day shifts that last approximately 8 hours.

You will need to be confident in driving all types of 3.5 tonne vehicles, experience is desired but not essential.

Multidrop may be required.

Pay rate:
£ £12.50 per hour (dependent on contract)
A van will be provided. You will not be able to take this van home. Having your own transport to get to and from the place of work would be ideal.
Minimum 8 hours per shift unless told otherwise.
Overtime available.


What you need:
Full UK Licence
No more than 6 points on your licence as two offences (No DD/IN/DR).
Willing and positive attitude
Ability to communicate professionally with clients / customers.
Ability to work within a team and alone


Benefits & Requirements:


  • Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
  • 28 days Paid Annual Leave prorata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
