We are looking for a Security Trainer to join our existing team and take part in the delivery of an SIA Door Supervisor course in Park royal / Wembley to cohorts of 8-12 adult learners.

We are looking for a talented SIA Trainer to join Global college who is passionate about enabling people to make a success out of a career in the security industry.

As a trainer you would be delivering SIA Training programmers, supporting our learners, and giving feedback as well as providing them with information, advice, and guidance.

• Applicants must have achieved as a minimum the Level 3 Award in Education & Training (QCF) or:
• Hold an industry specific qualification such as PTLLS, CTLLS or DTLSS (Diploma in Teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector)
• Experience delivering scenariobased conflict management training and holding the relevant qualification to do so.
• Experience delivering Physical Intervention Training (Level 3 qualified with a valid provider).
• Proven track record of delivering training to an adult workforce
• Proven track record of delivering security specific training courses
• First Aid at Work Qualification (or suitable) 3 years minimum sector competence in both security guarding, door supervision

• Monday to Friday

• London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
