EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
We have an opportunity for you to join our Resourcing team in Human Resources, as a
Resourcing Business Partner.

This role is offered initially on a 12-month fixed term contract and will be based at our head office in Coventry city centre.


WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE ROLE


We're looking for our Resourcing Business Partner to be engaging, results focussed, comfortable working at pace, possess high integrity and have a passion for doing the right thing.


As a Resourcing Business Partner, you will be required to manage all permanent vacancies within your business area, so understanding the external talent landscape and how this influences the broader Severn Trent talent strategy will be key.

As you'll be dealing with stakeholders at all levels, you'll need to have strong interpersonal and communication skills.


This role is suitable for agency recruiters looking to transition to an in-house environment, or for experienced internal recruiters looking to progress their careers.

We'd be keen to speak with individuals who have a background in either Engineering or Operational recruitment, however this is not essential if you have the right transferable recruitment experience.
