Typical duties will include:
- Coordinating printing, wallcharts, task cards and labels production internally and with
- Schedule fieldbased installation resource, working patterns and equipment for new and
- Coordinate meeting logistics, including reserving conference rooms, equipment setup,
- Email inbox management and call handling of inbound queries from internal and external
- Working with and on behalf of senior staff.
- Arranging training for field and officebased staff members.
- Onboarding new members of staff supporting all admin and personal equipment needs.
- Handle accurate processing of departmental invoices.
- Distribute reports to stakeholders
- Prepare and maintain, action item lists, issues lists and program plans; Escalate issues
- Ensure that all internal and external client needs are met.
- Create, organize, and manage various SharePoint sites and shared drives, pulling reports
- Any other support task as required.
