Roles and Responsibilities

  • Learn about current government guidance in relation to compliance and understand how our company processes ensure we meet our legal obligations.
  • Gain an understanding of company processes, and ensure company processes are adhered to during day to day work
  • Attend compliance training as and when required, and feedback anything of relevance to the team.
  • Be trained in managing DBS checks
  • Become confident in ensuring all workers remain compliant at all times, monitoring those with a temporary right to work status, expiring DBS checks, and expiring training certificates.
  • Build you compliance knowledge to such an extent that you are able to coach consultants in compliance as and when needed.
  • Manage all outgoing referencing
  • Learn to manage the company website and ensure job vacancies on the website's job board remain up to date at all times.
  • Establish a relationship with those who deliver our CRM. Liaise with the service provider, and contribute to the development of new functionality by giving helpful feedback on how the system could be more aligned with our own processes.
  • Work in collaboration with the Directors to ensure the company's focus on providing an ethical, transparent, and fully compliant service is always at the forefront of everything we do.
  • Become familiar with the correct documentation that is retained for workers past and present and then ensure the correct documents are retained in line with the guidance.
  • Data entry as part of weekly payroll
  • Liaise with our back office partners to ensure a seamless partnership
  • Ensure you remain up to date with any key changes relating to right to work, safeguarding, DBS, and communicate these changes to the team.
  • Through one to one meetings with the Director, take responsibility for your own training, contribute ideas and set your own goals, be self reflective and evaluate your progress, be proactive in your own professional development.

We are looking for someone with the following:

  • Belief in delivering recruitment honestly, ethically, and transparently.
