Social Enterprise Kent CIC is an award-winning social business that delivers health and wellbeing projects, training solutions, and employment projects across Kent.
Due to expansion, we are recruiting for a new position to support our new office hub and Health & Wellbeing team.
The role will be varied, including admin support for KCC and Lottery Funded Health and Wellbeing contracts, as well as assisting with office management tasks.
1.
Administration:

Project Support: Provide administrative support to the Health and Wellbeing team in the coordination and execution of funded projects.

Meeting Coordination: Organize meetings with stakeholders, including scheduling, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.

Meeting Support: Assist in organizing both online and in-person meetings, both internal and external, which may involve booking meeting rooms, setting up online meetings, and coordinating presentations and agendas as needed.

Data Management: Assist with data gathering, monitoring, and report writing for various projects.

Communication: Create and manage communications for the team, including social media posts, reports, and evaluations.

Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Respond to incoming client, partner, and stakeholder inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Record Keeping: Maintain proper filing and archiving of records, ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations at all times.

Office Management:

First Point of Contact: Act as the first point of contact for Social Enterprise Kent at the office, welcoming and directing external visitors and maintaining visitor logs.

Co-working Spaces: Support co-working spaces and manage the experience for external organizations using the facilities.

Health and Safety: Assist with health and safety compliance and fire safety procedures within the company's premises.

Office Supplies: Ensure that office supplies are well-stocked and organized for efficient office operations.

Commitment to Safeguarding and Equality: Demonstrate a personal commitment to safeguarding and promoting equality and diversity within the organization.

Additional Tasks: Complete any other reasonable tasks as requested by your manager to support the overall objectives of the Wellbeing Programme.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in a similar setting.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of GDPR regulations and data management best practices is a plus.
