Personal Assistant to the Managing Director and Operations Director
Key Responsibilities:
- Seamlessly manage calendars, coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel.
- Streamline daily tasks ensuring a productive workflow.
- Craft, edit, and prepare communications, presentations, and documents.
- Facilitate collaboration between our spirited UK and Polish teams.
- Delve into research, gathering insights for various projects and reports.
- Assist in orchestrating company events, conferences, and gatherings.
- Serve as a dedicated point of contact between the seniors and our valued stakeholders.
- Uphold the trust placed in you by handling confidential information responsibly.
- Admin essentials filing, photocopying, and diligent data entry.
Qualifications:
- Solid background as a Personal Assistant or in roles where you supported senior executives.
- Proficiency in English
- Exceptional organisational skills with a talent for multitasking.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Stellar communication skills, complemented by expertise in Microsoft Office.
- A proactive attitude, capable of independent initiative.
- Professionalism paired with outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the health sector is a plus
- Qualifications in psychology or social work is a bonus
