The Area Housing Team within Hull City Council are looking to recruit the following Tenancy Officer roles

1 x 37 Hours Permanent Contract

1 x 37 Hours 12 Month Fixed Term Contract (from start date)

1 x 24.4 Hours 6 Month Fixed Term Contract (from start date)


It is an exciting time to join the team while we review how we deliver our services to benefit both the customers and our colleagues within the team.

As a Tenancy Officer you will provide front line housing within either the estate management or income collection sections.

Housing experience would be beneficial however having the right attitude, an ability to interact with our customers and a willingness to learn is key.
