Customer Service Representative
Vanquish Fitness are recruiting a Customer Service Representative to join our friendly and hardworking team located in Enfield.

At Vanquish Fitness we are dedicated to providing our customers with First-Class service. You will be the voice for our customers so a compassionate and understanding nature is a must.

We will count on you to be confident in the following:

You will be able to provide First Class customer care via
Zendesk,
Social Media (Instagram & Facebook) as well as our
Live chat or similar platforms.
Be able to provide the best service by using your own initiative and seeking quick resolutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Liaise with couriers to query any issues or delays.
Actively help the team create solutions for recurring queries or complaints.
Ensure Vanquish policies and procedures are adhered to within your working day.
Exceptional Customer Service experience
Computer Literate (Microsoft and Gmail knowledge)
Ideally familiar with
Zendesk,
Shopify and
Social Media or similar platforms
Fluent in English within speaking, reading and writing.
The ability to work under pressure efficiently by having a flexible and adaptable attitude within a fast changing environment
An effective team player with a cando attitude
