We are looking to expand our production team due to continued company growth and require someone who is eager to help, who thrives off challenges, and is continually striving to develop themselves and, in turn, the business.

Competitive Initial salary up to £25,000 per annum dependant on experience, with potential to increase based on performance, Including Pension Scheme Enrolment


Responsibilities

  • Quality check and book goods in from Suppliers, making sure actual goods received match those which have been ordered
  • Deal with a wide variety of trade counter enquiries, from collections and deliveries to basic customer orders
  • Select and allocate material from the warehouse with the use of a counterbalance fork lift truck and various saws
  • Book finished consignments with our preferred carrier
  • Count, organise and pack finished products
  • Select & allocate materials, ensuring the warehouse is kept tidy
  • Support the production team with deburring & basic machining
  • Follow the ISO process at all times
  • Recycle materials

Knowledge, Skills, Experience:


  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Work well under pressure
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Good attention to detail
  • Health & Safety awareness
  • FLT counterbalance licence (not essential)
  • Experience working in a production / manufacturing environment (not essential)
  • Experience of using table saws, cross cut saws and hand tools (not essential)
  • Good IT skills

Hours: 07:00 - 16:00
  • Monday to Friday
