Grade - Actual salary: £19,156 - £20,599 per annum (£22,369 - £24,054 FTE)


Working pattern:37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (Term time only plus INSET days)

The role:

This role will act as a mentor to students in our Post-16 to raise aspirations and achievement.

The post holder will be responsible for monitoring, reviewing and reporting on student progress and act a first point of contact with households for students in reference to academic issues.

The role will supervise Post-16 study rooms and ensure a positive and productive environment.
