Job Summary:


Requirements:


  • Member of RICS / ICES or working towards Chartered Status.
  • Proficient in operating survey equipment: Total Station, Point Cloud Scanner, GPS, and more.
  • Competency in survey and complementary software packages (N4CE, Trimble Business Software, AutoCAD, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of survey methods, including mobile mapping, drone surveys, static scanning, LiDAR, and their suitability for projects.
  • Hold Sentinel competencies, including PTS and COSS/SWL1 (or prepared to work towards).
  • Additional competencies including First Aid and CAT/Genny.

Responsibilities:


  • Carry out topographical surveys, point cloud data collection, setting out, and ground investigation works.
  • Lead a surveying team to efficiently produce survey data.
  • Act as the Person in Charge onsite.
  • Support the implementation of the company's Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) strategy.
  • Provide costeffective survey support to enhance profitability.
  • Deliver accurate survey results in line with industry standards.
  • Treat clients and team members fairly and understand their needs.
  • Train Surveyors in various survey techniques.
  • Maintain and calibrate survey equipment.
  • Plan and perform surveys professionally.

Salary:
£32,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
