Advanced Workforce Solutions (AWS) are an agency.

We are looking for class 1 tramper drivers for our client in Hull.

Duties

Picking up ferrytrailers from Immingham Docks and delivering them nationwide to various destinations throughout the UK.


ROLE:


  • Have a good working knowledge of Immingham Docks
  • Comply with all Driver hours and Road Transport Directive legislation
  • Feedback to the office on any issues around loading, unloading or delays
  • Maintaining safety and security of loads at all times
  • Keep in regular communication with client to update on progress and any delays due to traffic conditions
  • Carrying out necessary checks to ensure vehicle is safe and legal

REQUIREMENTS - FOR INSURANCE PURPOSES ONLY

  • A valid Category C+E (Class 1) Drivers Licence
  • A valid digital tacho card and CPC card
  • No previous disqualifications NI, DD or DR
  • Must have no more than 6 points on licence (minor points ony)

Job Type:
Temporary contract


Salary:
£14.50-£19.00 per hour

Heavy Goods Vehicle: 1 year (required)

  • Class 1 driving in last 24 months: 1 year (required)
