Domestic Electrical Tester
Lukeman Electrical Ltd is currently seeking a highly skilled domestic electrical tester to join our successful team. We have been providing services in the social housing industry across Milton Keynes for the past 5 years.

As a domestic electrical tester, your main responsibility will be to conduct periodic inspections and testing of residential properties, specifically the Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR).

You will also be responsible for carrying out any necessary repairs to ensure the property is safe and in a usable condition.

In cases where the property cannot be made satisfactory during the inspection, you will need to identify the issues and communicate with the office regarding the repairs needed and the materials required.

A crucial aspect of this role is your ability to interact with multiple individuals on a daily basis. Therefore, having a friendly attitude and excellent communication skills are essential.

All paperwork will be submitted electronically, so prior experience using an online certification software and a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) will be beneficial.

Requirements:

Solid background and proven experience in working in a social housing environment.
Possession of a full UK driving licence.
NVQ Level 3 in electrical installations.
BS: 7671 City & Guilds 18th Edition
AM2 qualification
Inspection and Testing 2391/
Proficient in installing, servicing, and maintaining electrical systems
A positive attitude and a strong determination to complete tasks to the best of your ability.
