Restorative Solutions have an exciting opportunity for a Referrals and Data Coordinator, working with our team of staff and volunteers to deliver the restorative justice service in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.
The service is commissioned by the Police and Crime Commissioner and includes the use of Hampshire Constabulary systems to identify potential cases, the co-ordination of referrals and enquiries to the service from the police, other CJS partners and service users, management of records on the service case management system, and production of performance reports.
We are looking for someone with strong ICT skills, with experience of databases, spreadsheets and case management systems and ideally with experience of using police systems (RMS).
Based in Fareham Police Station with some travel around Hampshire.
Starting salary £26,000/annum FT rising to £28,000/annum FTE after 6 months successful probationary period
Initially full time (37.5 hours a week) maternity cover with start date ASAP to 9th August 2024; then part time (22.5 hours/week) to 10th November 2024; then part time (15 hours/week) permanent.
