This post is part of the Strategic Commissioning portfolio.

The Out of Hospital team is responsible for the commissioning arrangements of those services that sit outside of the acute hospital setting.

The workstreams are extensive and involve working with partners across the NHS and Social care sector.


This post is within the Strategic Commissioning element of the directorate and is responsible for supporting the team with the management of projects, gathering information and undertaking enquires as and when is necessary for the head of department, teams and the department.


Accountable to the Senior Strategic Commissioning Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for the complete range of administrative tasks relating to the OOH portfolio including communicating with stakeholders, assisting with planning the delivery of current and new projects, organising meetings, preparing agendas and taking formal minutes.


There will be a requirement to work flexibly across the Black Country with a combination of home working and office.
