Description

Our client are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic senior property manager to join their team. This would be a full time position based in their Oxford Centre branch.

The basic skills they are looking for are experience in excel, strong organisation and attention to detail, diary management, and general IT.

The role would include managing a portfolio of properties to include organising safety certificates, dealing with day to day maintenance as well as overseeing bigger works, property inspections, preparing properties for move in, handling tenants vacatingthe property and dealing with deposit returns.

The role is Monday to Friday plus a share on a rota basis to cover out of hours emergencies alongside their out of hours partner organisation.

The position is within a vibrant team of 10 people within a busy retail branch.
