Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Promotes the culture of Hot Mama Bagels and acts as a brand ambassador.
• Rolls, boils and bakes bagels to the high standards required.
• Bakes other offerings such as Brownies and Giant Cookies.
• Provides excellent customer service to all customers.
• Ability to slide between work stations during different periods of a shift. Eg from bakery to bagel prep area.
• Performs all cleaning duties as directed.
• Able to work under pressure and maintain a cool demeanour during busy times.
• Maintains the store standard operating procedures, H&S and Food Safety policies as directed by the Store Manager and Supervisor Team.
• The ability to work with the store management and other bakers/bagel techs to achieve the smooth running and flow of the shift.
• Maintains and delivers the high standard of Hot Mama bagel recipes and presentation.
