Description

The main aspects of the Reading based Hybrid Accounts Assistant will be to support the Finance Manager with an increase in workload and assist with all tranasactional accounting and associated reconciliations.

This business is based in the heart of Reading and is a friendly, open and supportive environment, they operate with a host of blue chip clients and provide essential services, working in tandem with their internal teams effortlessly.

They are in central Reading and work on a hybrid basis, 3 days in and 2 days at home.


Description
The key responsibilities of the Accounts Assistant will be to support all aspects of:

  • Accounts Payable
  • Credit notes
  • Reconciliations
  • Banking
  • Payment runs
  • Journals and adjustments
  • Support with key client queries and projects
  • Month end support
