YOUR ROLE:


  • Join Henkel's Consumer Adhesive Operations team as a Stock Allocator Specialist Graduate.
  • This role is a 12month fixed term contract.
  • Analysis, solution, and communication of shortterm stock shortage management to support Customer, Affiliate, and stock replenishment orders.
  • Interfacing with internal functions within Customer Service & Supply Chain functions.
  • Management of Product lifecycle Phase Out/In of product portfolio
  • Handling of highlevel critical Escalations to avoid Line stop of financial impacts.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives.

YOUR SKILLS:


  • You should graduate (before September 2023 and no more than two years prior) with a Bachelor, Masters (or equivalent) in a relevant field
  • Previous experience in a multinational FMCG company is an advantage
  • Positivity and a high energy level
  • Willingness to challenge the status quo
  • Good judgement and creative thinking with a positive sense of initiative
  • Strong analytical skills solution orientated
  • Good attention to detail
  • Computer literate and confident with the MS Office suite and other computer systems (excel skills)
