This opportunity will involve some of the following responsibilities:

  • Lead the customer retention strategy across existing customers with credit card facilities.
  • This will be covering lapsed customers, customer loyalty, and all retentionfocused communications.
  • Managing a team with additional headcount and growth plans.

SKILLS

  • Must have experience working with credit, and ideally credit cards.
  • Management experience is a must
