REED are on the hunt for a
temporary Employability Coach for a period of approx. 40 weeks in Isleworth.

The role of
temporary Employability Coach will include working with young people and adults in higher and further education on a daily basis.

Your key duties will include identifying, securing, organising and monitoring high quality, safe and appropriatework experience and placements for students within relevant and realistic work settings.

_Key Responsibilities:
_

To deliver proactive and inspiring preparation sessions & work related activities to help students prepare for work experience and placements
To establish and develop strong links with local businesses and national employers to seek out and create opportunities for work placements and workrelated learning activities
To liaise with and visit employers in the workplace to ensure all placements are suitable and meet the required standards in line with health and safety, safeguarding and other checks
To liaise with students, tutors, support teams and parents (when appropriate) to ensure students are prepared for placements
To create and deliver relevant skill sessions to advise and support students
To visit and monitor students in placements to ensure that appropriate standards around the work placement are being met. To monitor and record completed placement hours, attendance levels, evaluations after feedback postvisit
