    About the Role

    To optimise risk in line with business goals, we are seeking a skilled individual to deliver Collections & Recoveries strategy to meet CR & F targets through Debt Collections Agency placements and Debt Sale.

    This role requires a subject matter expert who can challenge and evolve existing debt sale processes, ensuring Customer journey is an integral part of all risk lead interactions and external partners protect BT brand through compliance to BT Recoveries policy.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Building highly accurate, detailed Debt Sale files to comply with Debt Purchaser requirements.
    • Identifying and delivering improvements to Debt Sale data files to improve accuracy and include new customer data to improve Debt Sale pricing.
    • Analysing data required to complete debt sale transactions with a panel of debt purchasers.
    • Completing adhoc analysis to identify performance issues or areas of improvement impacting debt sale processes.
    • Maintaining effective relationships with external Debt Collections Agencies and Debt Purchasers.

    Requirements

    We are looking for a candidate with strong story-telling with data skills, business acumen, collaborative working abilities and proficiency in SAS/SQL programming languages.
