The O2 is looking for a Production Supervisor to assist with delivering the production operation in the arena, special event spaces, ensuring safe and operationally efficient events.
We're looking for someone with experience of working with rigging and staging either from a venue or theatre or from a music festival background.
If you have an IOSH or NEBOSH H&S qualification and a Forklift license that would be an advantage but don't worry if you don't as we will provide the relevant training.
You'll work closely with and supervise the labour provider for The O2 and understand the workings of all the equipment in particular staging, seating and rigging.
Whilst managing our contractors on the ground to ensure they're delivering against the brief; you'll assist the department with planning on crewing levels for events and act as the Duty Manager for your department on events as rostered.
You'll be a great team player who enjoys getting stuck in and helping out wherever needed and be able to communicate effectively with both internal and external colleagues.
You'll want to raise the bar in this role and be solutions focussed; we encourage new ideas and innovation and value everyone's opinion.
