To ensure that all jobs are completed on time, correctly and in an efficient manner and relevant paperwork is

- completed as required. You will safeguard confidential information and materials maintaining its security at all times
- and ensure it is unloaded ready for secure destruction. As a key ambassador for Datashred you will maintain a
- professional and positive attitude delivering the highest level of customer service at all times.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provide first class customer service by being polite and courteous and meeting our customers' expectations
2. Ensure proactive communication with the depot's admin and transport planning team throughout the working day
3. You must have a flexible and dynamic approach to completing your work
4. To check the vehicle at start of shift, completing vehicle preuse safety checks, reporting any defects
5. To drive vehicles that you are licensed to drive safely and responsibly at all times and to comply with all relevant Road Transport legislation, including working hours
6. To adhere to Company policies and procedures at all times
7. To ensure that all appropriate and required equipment to complete your daily duties is loaded onto the vehicle before leaving depot
8. To go through and understand all job sheets before leaving the depot
9. To correctly use the PDA to record daily collection activities and customer information

ABOUT YOU

Must have held a full UK driving licence this is a non HGV role

Good communication skills, both written and verbal

Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
Must have a full, up to date Driver Certificate of Professional Competence
