Description

We are currently looking for a customer focused Reservations/Receptionist to join our front of house team Full-time.

Hours will be 40 per week, 5 shifts between Monday and Sunday

The job will vary day to day between the reservations department and reception.

The front desk at The Elms is essentially the hub of the hotel, being the first and last face our restaurant and hotel guests see.

First impressions are everything and we want our guests to have the best first impression possible.

As Receptionist you will be a first point of contact for our hotel guests.

We are looking for someone who love to make guests smile every day and has high standards of service and great attention to detail.
