Description

We are looking for someone with a real passion for providing the highest level of customer service, to join our ever-growing, dynamic and experienced team of showroom assistants and receptionists.

This role is key to the success of deVOL as you will be the first point of contact for customers calling our Cotes Mill showrooms.

Your job at deVOL will also involve:

Learning about all aspects of deVOL so you can confidently chat with customers on their arrival.
Fielding calls from customers enquiring about deVOL's range of products and accessories.
Providing friendly advice and support.

We would love you to have:

An excellent phone manner.
A professional and friendly approach.
An existing interest in interiors would be advantageous.
A welcoming and efficient manner that puts customers and staff at ease.
A keen eye for detail and not be afraid to muck in with all types of work to ensure the smooth running of our office.

In return we will provide in depth training of deVOL's range of furniture and accessories. You will be well supported by a friendly group of colleagues.

We also offer a competitive salary, and benefits including 22 days holiday (plus bank holidays), life insurance, a cycle 2 work scheme and company events.

During your first year, you will receive focused training in the role and regular performance appraisals where your pay will be reviewed.

After this we offer annual pay reviews and continued training from our team.
