Full job description


A fantastic opportunity for an administrator/ Coordinator has become available within an established Letting agency business based in North Curry near Taunton.

The role is the daily administration and co-ordination of all aspects of our property letting and management Business, the successful applicant must possess excellent customer service skills as well as competences in IT and administrative skills.


This role would suit someone wanting to work part-time hours to cover 20 hours per week with working hours 9.30 a.m.

to 1.30 p.m. Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities -

  • System management (CRM) admin tasks
  • Providing full administrative support to our small team and P.A. support to Director.
  • Daily maintenance and updating of the CRM system.
  • Diary management including arranging meetings on behalf of applicants and team members
  • Bank Reconciliation and client account monitoring and reporting.
  • Answering phones and dealing with enquiries or taking messages
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism when dealing with clients.
  • Exercise confidentiality and discretion at all times
  • Be proactive to be able to complete work in allocated hours.
  • Liaising with contractors and implementing maintenance for rental properties.
  • Providing Customer support to landlord clients and tenants.
  • Well organised, dependable, proactive and able to take initiative where required.
  • Be flexible and prepared to help others when needed
  • Excellent organisation, coordination and prioritising skills
  • Professional and confident telephone manner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and to work accurately and effectively under pressure
  • Ability to work in a team and understand team dynamics
  • Excellent IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Previous experience of working in an similar role would be an advantage.
  • Should be prepared to work at a good pace and to deadlines when required
  • Should have attention to detail and good accuracy and analytical skills.

Salary:
£12.50 per hour


Expected hours:
No less than 20 per week
