Description
We are looking for a Care Home Administrator for a residential home in Coleraine. You will join a growing healthcare provider in the country and be part of a dynamic and enthusiastic team. The role is 40 hours per week office based.


Criteria:


  • Level C or above in English and Math's GCSE or equivalent
  • NVQ2 or higher in administration
  • At least 6 months experience working in an administrative role
  • Excellent Microsoft Office package skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and use of Google Drive.

You will:


  • Build a positive rapport with families and carers, including the staff team and management.
  • Provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Registered Nurse Manager and team.
  • Ensure all information processed is managed in line with GDPR requirements
  • Time manages workload appropriately to ensure the provision of a quality administration service.
  • Assists in maintaining and updating relevant records and databases.
  • Assist in meeting planning.
  • Understand the health and safety requirements of the role from training, ensuring to report any concerns to management.
  • To perform the job in accordance with the company's policy and procedures and to report any concerns appropriately and in a timely manner.
  • Take part in the training and development activities in order to carry out the role safely and successfully.
  • To take part and carry out any other duties as may be reasonably required.
