Introduction:


Our client is a leader in procurement and commercial consultancy with teams based in the UK and Globally. They are looking for an experienced procurement manager to join their developing contract services team.

Our client's team is innovative and dynamic, with their expertise allowing them to work on the most exciting projects in the world. You will deliver services to a range of public and private sector clients, with a concentration on defence, transport, utilities, and central and local government.

Key responsibilities:


  • To provide procurement services to Public and Private sector clients.
  • To lead projects from market engagement through to contract award.
  • To support the contract services team with bid preparation.
  • Delivering and leading endtoend procurement services.
  • To work on proposal documentation and contract negotiation.
  • Communicating and engaging with stakeholders.

Skills & experience:


  • Experience leading teams and projects in a strategic procurement environment.
  • Experience In tender preparation and the development of documentation and design work.
  • Understanding of NEC and JCT contracts.
  • Experience with Public contract regulations or equivalent.
  • Ability to develop a procurement strategy in a program or project.
  • MCIPS or working towards.
