Hexagon International Transport Ltd, a Manchester Freight Forwarder has an excellent opportunity for a Full Time Trainee Freight ForwarderNormal working hours Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm (with the possiblilty of some flexibility) - 1 hour lunch.
Salary will be dependant on experience.
Initially the role would include:
- General administrative duties
- Training, alongside experienced team members, in import/export procedures
- Arranging basic import and export shipments
- Liaising with hauliers regarding both new and ongoing jobs
- Communicating with overseas partners
- Have a good level of administrative and organisational skills
- Have an excellent level of English, both speaking and writing
- Be a confident communicator and a team player with a positive attitude
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Word and Outlook
- Being a French speaker would be a big advantage but is not essential.
Salary:
£22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
