Description

The successful applicant will complete general administrative duties whilst assisting the Office Manager by providing day to day supervision and support to the general administrative team members.

To carry out a variety of administrative and organisational duties on behalf of the Head of Department. To assist the senior staff in the supervision of the activities of administrative staff. Assists the senior staff with the development and monitoring of the clinical rota, waiting lists and staff timekeeping system. Is also expected to monitor and order clinical and non-clinical consumables.
