Description

A rapidly growing boutique management consultancy is seeking a Senior Management Consultant.

The firm offers 3 main services operational excellence, operating model (re-)design and strategy execution.

The Senior Managment Consultant will work with clients to manage delivery of one or more complex work streams or a small project in a range of consulting engagements.

Main Duties

Manage delivery of one or more complex work streams or a small project in a range of consulting engagements, the majority of which will have an operational excellence component
Work with and manage junior consultants and third party/associate consultants
Work with and develop client joint team members, helping them to develop core consulting skills
Coach our clients to help them develop new skills, grow and progress
Develop sales and marketing collateral including web content, case studies, service offering descriptions
Support our sales and business development activities

Requirements:

Management consulting experience advising clients on largescale change and/or transformation programmes within large, complex organisations
Excellent spoken and written communication skills: you will need to be able to explain complex concepts in simple terms
Demonstrable ability to proactively build relationships and manage client stakeholders, including providing robust advice, constructive challenge, influencing decisions, delivering difficult messages and managing performance issues
The ability to use or to develop skills in analytical tools such as PowerBI, Tableau and OrgView
The ability to coach and train other consultants and clients
Ideally experience of working in the utilities or Infrastructure sectors, however, this is not a must have.

£85,000.00-£95,000.00 per year
