About the role


The role of the Deputy Director of International Sales is to achieve the ambitious growth, profit and sales targets of LEVC, utilising and developing the EU and ROW Sales Team to maximum effect for best ROI for the company.

The Deputy Director of International Sales will be responsible for the planning, development and implementation of the International Sales Strategy, Sales Planning, budgeting to maximise sales opportunities across the world.

Develop the EU and general global markets with the best fit for importation and distribution of LEVC product.

This will include current vehicles, including the iconic 'Black Cab', but also new Commercial and EV products based on parent company Geely technology and platforms.

Responsible for sales performance, leading and growing a team of regional sales managers driving increased sales across global markets.

Build, plan and maintain existing relationships with current partners, and seek to establish LEVC brand further in current & future markets from both a Sales & Aftersales point of view

Report and work closely with the Management Team on key business and sales initiatives

Establish and maintain Importer / Dealer / Repairer relationships. Be able to prioritise these, assess the opportunities, and implement according to the correct scale and timing

Be customer and results focused, with the ability to deliver results in line with LEVC's profitability expectations and volume targets

Be the authentic face of LEVC in front of Importers, Dealers, Customers and external contacts

Implement and develop strategic vision for LEVC in EU and Rest of World markets

Control and co-ordinate actions from central LEVC functions to and from the EU and Rest of World Regions


Experience to succeed
5+ years in Automotive OEM at senior level, with line management and proven leadership experience.

Growth focused and results oriented leader, skilled in understanding and growing a diverse and complex unit.

Significant experience of EU market, with International Business / Network Development knowledge.

Extensive knowledge of working with Importer and Dealers, and how they operate.

Knowledge and experience in Automotive EU and Global markets, with the ability to understand the best opportunities.

Understanding of Global EV markets and electric vehicle ecosystem
- mobility products, ride-hailing, last mile delivery, taxi and mobility services, commercial vehicles.

Ability to coach and develop team

Experience of working in multi-market, complex environments. Widely travelled with ability to understand cultural ways of working
