Description

Our client is a top global law firm looking for a Contracts Manager to join their Risk Management team.

Working under the direction of their General Counsel, who would be there to support and guide you, you will be responsible for managing and delivering the contractual aspects of the firm's procurement of third-party suppliers within the UK.

This will be an exciting and varied opportunity to make a meaningful impact within the firm, where your key roles and responsibilities will include:

Reviewing and negotiating supplier agreements within the UK, identifying and resolving conflicts and explaining these to the Business Services function.
Interacting with relevant stakeholders to understand the requirements and timelines for implementing, renewing and terminating supplier agreements
Assist with the ongoing development of the firm's new contract management system
Providing advice and guidance on the operational aspects of the procurement process
Delivering training and support to ensure consistency across the procurement process
Assisting with new firmwide projects relating to onboarding new suppliers
